Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect on the DigiU Visa promotional pages, why we collect it, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights. We keep it short and collect only what we need to send you the instructions you ask for.

01Who we are

These pages are operated by The Insight Lab, a digital marketing agency based in Yaoundé, Cameroon ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data collected through these pages.

This is an independent promotional page. We are not WebWise Pay, DigiU or Visa, and we are not a bank. We may receive a referral benefit when you open a WebWise Pay account through our access link. Your account, identity check and card are handled by WebWise Pay under its own terms and privacy policy.

02What we collect

  • Data you give us in the form: your first name, phone or WhatsApp number and email address, and whether you ticked the optional box to receive offers.
  • Technical data: the pages you visit, the link you came from (including campaign tags in the address), your device and browser type, and your approximate country.
  • Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.

We never ask for ID documents, card numbers, bank details, wallet addresses or passwords. Never send them to us. Identity verification (KYC) happens only inside the WebWise Pay app.

03Why we use your data

  • To send you the promo code and step-by-step instructions you requested, and to follow up on that request.
  • To answer your questions and help you if you get stuck.
  • To send you other offers by email or WhatsApp, only if you ticked the optional consent box. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
  • To measure how our pages and ads perform, so we can improve them.

We rely on your consent and on the steps needed to answer your request. We do not sell your personal data.

04Cookies and measurement

Our pages may use the Meta Pixel and similar tools to measure visits, form submissions and clicks on the access button, and to show our ads to relevant people. Your browser also remembers your language choice on your device. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

05Who receives your data

  • Systeme.io, which hosts our pages, stores the form entries and sends our emails.
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), for advertising measurement and when you contact us on WhatsApp.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

We do not pass your form data to WebWise Pay. When you click the access link, you leave our page and WebWise Pay's own policy applies. These providers may process data outside your country; we only use providers that offer recognised safeguards.

06How long we keep it

We keep your form data for up to 12 months after your last interaction with us, then delete it. If you unsubscribe from offers, we keep only what we need to respect your choice.

07Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, including Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023 and South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, withdraw your consent, or receive a copy. Write to theinsightlabintl@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply "STOP" on WhatsApp. You can also complain to your data protection authority (the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or South Africa's Information Regulator).

08Security and minors

We protect your data with access restrictions and the security measures of our providers. No online service is risk-free, so contact us right away if you suspect a problem. Our offer is for adults only: do not submit the form if you are under 18.

09Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
